Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new registration automatically gets a 7-day trial with all features unlocked — no credit card. During the trial you can create 1 store (company) with its branches.
How many stores can I manage?
Starter = 1 store, Pro = 2 stores, Business = 3 stores. Need more? Extra store slots are available as add-ons. Each store has its own outlets (branches) with separate stock.
How do I import order data from marketplaces?
Upload Excel order attachments from Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, or a generic format (Excel/CSV). Customers, products, and transactions are organized automatically. The system detects duplicate orders — re-uploading the same file will not double your revenue.
What is the "At-Risk Customers" page?
A list ranked by churn score × CLV — high-value customers who are about to stop buying. One click creates a complete win-back campaign: the target list fills automatically and a WhatsApp message is ready to send.
What happens when the trial ends?
The account switches to read-only mode: your data stays fully visible, but new data entry is disabled. Activate a plan anytime to continue — without losing data.
Is my store data safe?
Store data is strictly isolated between users, sessions are protected by expiring tokens with instant revocation on password change, and all connections are HTTPS-encrypted.
Are the margins shown accurate?
